Man Sues White Castle Saying Booths Are Too Small!

Martin Kessman of Nanuet, N.Y., has been eating at White Castle for over 50 years, and either White Castle has shrunk their booths, or the burgers are catching up to Martin. The 64-year-old, 290 pounds man is suing the fast-food chain under the Americans with Disabilities Act…because he can no longer fit in their booths.
