(PCM) Looking to slim down fast? Jersey Shore star Jenni “JWoww” Farley has a few tricks up her sleeve! The slim reality star shared her crash dieting tips – which she promoted on Twitter alongside the caption, ‘How to slim down super fast’ – on her blog.
Here’s what she wrote:
“So I’ve given lots of tips on how to get in real shape, but I know those take some time and sometimes you need to slim down fast. Maybe you’ve got a hot date on Friday, maybe you’re going on vacation – either way here is how you can slim down FAST.
JWoww advised to “carbs, sugar, and anything fried,” and, “heavy things will not help you slim! Stick to veggies and salad (but nothing too fibery).” She also told fans to “stay away from anything salty” as it “makes you retain water,” and drink plenty of water with lemon.
And don’t forget about those last minute workout sessions!
“Do crunches, cardio, and at least some light weight training. You won’t be buff in just a week, but you’ll definitely feel and look even a little more toned. Plus, weight training and cardio combined will help kick your metabolism into gear.”
But remember: You can’t lose weight overnight, and lasting weight loss takes time. A strict diet can be helpful for some to kickstart a healthy eating plan and get out of a junk food coma, but crash dieting and insane amounts of exercise is not healthy, and it’s not nearly as effective as a long-term commitment to a healthy lifestyle change!
