Although I get extremely bored with eggs, they are extremely important. The yolk might be high in cholesterol, but these huevos are full of protein. A great diet technique is to incorporate these little buggers into your daily routine.
It is also a good idea to spice them up, so next time you decide to hard-boil some, you should devil them up.
The recipe I used included Dijon mustard, mayo, onion, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. You can click HERE for the recipe.
I made myself six deviled eggs, in hopes I would have lunch for the rest of the week at work. It is safe to say those went faster than my peanut butter brownies, as they were gone within an hour of making them.
It seems the refrigerator is not a safe place for deliciously made dishes, especially when you have two hungry twin brothers.
