Yesterday went pretty well after the Panic Attack, I ate breakfast, which was on the fly since I was dealing with post attack problems, lunch was my normal Bumble Bee Lunch Kit and a yogurt. Dinner was a salad with grilled chicken and the imitation crab meat. I also had a roll with butter. I drank water and diet lemonade and vitamin water, so all in all a good day.
I haven’t gotten back to exercise yet as the panic attacks have me a little nervous about exertion. I had another one last night and again this morning. But what it interesting is that the attacks have to be burning calories since my heart rate goes up, and my breathing gets really hard. Maybe I can look at panic attacks as instant exercise.
Today will be a challenge, I travel to NYC with one of my co-workers to see the play Potted Potter, which is all seven Harry Potter books done in 70 minutes. I am going as lieutenant to my co-worker Krystin as she has done this type of thing many times and this will be my first. We have interviews with the cast afterwards.
I am excited about going, but NYC will have it’s challenges when it comes to eating. Traveling someplace that is new or some place I don’t get to go to often, I usually like to try to eat everything I haven’t had before. Today I will have to modify that habit and try healthy stuff I haven’t had before. In the healthy category that could amount to just about everything.
I am making a promise to you right now that I will get back to exercise on Saturday morning. I have it figured out that it is doubtful I will be home much before one tomorrow morning and I have to be at work at nine so I want to try for at least five hours of sleep.
Tomorrow poses some new problems, but we’ll discuss those when we meet. For today, “It up to you New York NY.”
