(PCM) You need fat to burn fat! Monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) have been shown to fight belly flab and reduce inflammation. In fact, studies show that people who regularly consume MUFAs have lower body fat levels and are more successful at dropping body fat than those on low-fat diets.
