A Guide to the Perfect Bra:
1. Create your ideal bra shopping experience. Give yourself enough time, bring your favorite fitted tee to see how the bra looks under clothes, and treat yourself to a latte.
2. Bra sizes change. Get professionally fit every six months to a year.
3. Specialists in the bra department are there to offer guidance and can bring different sizes to your fitting room. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
4. Bra variety is necessary. Strapless for gowns or unique necklines, seamless for fitted or lightweight tops, and more structured styles to provide shape under suits or sweaters. For an invisible look, bra color should match your skin tone.
5. An underwire bra should sit comfortably and lay flat against your skin. If the wire is digging in, go up a cup size.
