This is my favorite bacon, egg, and cheese in Hoboken. Just so you know, this place also has wonderful bagels. Getting back to the topic at hand, the eggs are nice and fluffy, bacon nice and crispy, and cheese oozes oh so nicely. Some places provide you 70% bread and 30% actual substance. Not this place. They are very fair… I crave one every Sunday morning.
