This week’s I LOVE FOOD! feature is the Zombie Cupcake. These are quite the festive treat for this time of year, and also a great conversation piece at parties.
It is pretty self-explanatory, but you start with making the cupcake. (Duh). Then scribble “RIP” on the Milano cookie (I mean, the tombstone). Crumble up some Oreo cookies to add the dirt effect, and stick the sour patch kid in the dirt to make he or she look like a zombie emerging from the grave. This zombie will be sour, but then oh so sweet.
