Dating Website Is Stirring Up Controversy With New Billboard

Dating-Site

(PCM) A billboard for the incredibly racist dating website WhereWhitePeopleMeet.com is stirring up controversy after it was spotted on a freeway in Utah. The name of the site requires very little explanation as to the ideology of the individuals behind it and it is also not surprising that it popped up in Utah where the state population is 91.4% white.

For the low cost of only $4.00 anyone over the age of 18 (and white) can join the site, however the site blocks the ability to search for same-sex partners (shocker!), but polygamy is just fine! The owners of the site feel that they are bringing new innovation to ever popular specialty dating sites market, however they are really just coming across as being racist.  Other specialty dating sites include those for farmers, Christians, and even Disney fans.

In a statement on their website, the owner explains “I am sure some of you are wondering about the concept and need for a dating website titled “Where White People Meet.Com.” Our answer to that would be why not? There are various dating websites that promote and cater to just about every origin, race, religion and lifestyle out there. So again, why not “Where White People Meet.Com”

Of course the site has been met with quite a bit of backlash now that images of the billboard have begun to be shared across social media, however thus far the owner has no plans to remove the controversial billboard.
