Jillian Michaels leaving ‘The Doctors’

Jillian Michaels, one of the most well-known fitness trainers in America, signed on with the four co-hosts of The Doctors back in September after leaving the hit weight loss show, The Biggest Loser. Unfortunately, it just “wasn’t a good fit,” and Jillian has decided to leave the show.  The Doctor’s producers explained in a statement:

“Jillian has contributed greatly to our show this season, and we value her talent and insight as she has inspired countless people to improve their lives. Although it wasn’t the fit we both hoped for . . . Jillian will always be a part of The Doctors family.”

Hopefully, Jillian will continue to make guest appearances on the show, as she did before her co-host gig.

“I have enjoyed my time on the show and the opportunity it provided me in my mission to help others improve their lives,” Jillian said. “It was a great experience and I wish the show nothing but success.”

So what’s next for Jillian? Maybe she will return to The Biggest Loser!? It just hasn’t been the same since she left, and there is a spot open!

“We never say never,” Michaels’ representative, Ashley Sandberg, told TheWrap on Wednesday.
