Olympic skating champion Kristi Yamaguchi is launching her own line of “fashion activewear” this fall! The figure skater announced her 18 piece collection, called Tsuya (both her middle name and Japanese for ‘shiny’), will include yoga pants, capris, camis, tanks, T-shirts, and jackets.
“I wanted it to be on-trend rather than typical activewear that’s pretty basic,” Yamaguchi said of her new line. “I think that with my own lifestyle of being an active woman and a busy mom, I wanted to create something that is fun and fashionable but also functional.”
It’s also affordable! Tsuya is priced between $40 to $150 and a portion of the sales will go to her charity, Always Dream Foundation, which focuses on early childhood literacy.
Tsuya is set to debut this fall at Lord & Taylor during Fashion’s Night Out.
