Lucky Brand is expanding their iconic jean brand with Lucky Plus, a plus-size clothing line set to launch next month!
According to Style Bistro, the LA-based company will launch Lucky Plus tops (up to size 3X) and Ginger jeans which will run up to size 24. Lucky Brand jeans and tops were previously only available up to size 18, and only online.
“We are particularly excited for the launch of this collection as we recognized a void in the plus-size marketplace for an accessible, premium denim,” said CEO Dave DeMattei in a statement. “Our goal is to be inclusive of all body types when creating clothing.”
Lucky Plus will include 75 different tops, knits and blouses. The Lucky Plus jeans are stretch and mid-rise and will be available in three fits: skinny, straight, and boot. They will be available in an array of shades and colors.
“We want to be fashion-right…give her something that’s fun to wear and give it a lot of attitude,” adds creative director Patrick Wade.
Lucky Plus will launch in July at Nordstrom, Macy’s, Von Maur, Lord & Taylor and Belk!
