(PCM) Lush Cosmetics company is known for their all-natural luxury bath and beauty products, however we didn’t realize they were getting into the gardening business as well. Customers who purchased Lush’s Wiccy Magic Muscles massage soap bar were surprised to see small green plants beginning to sprout up from their sink and shower drains after using the product.
Not all Lush products will spawn a shower garden, it is really only the massage bars that have beans or seeds in them, such as aduki beans that can grow plants that are over 2 feet high without any need for soil. The directions for using the Lush Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar do say to rub the soap over dry skin first, people of course don’t listen and that leads to the beans becoming loosened from the bar and falling down the drains.
It certainly proves the fact that Lush uses incredibly fresh ingredients. Lush co-founder and product inventor Hellen Ambrosen commented “In order for the beans to germinate, they must have been left in the shower for a few days. The results you get just go to show how fresh the ingredients really are.”
