Maximum Warrior is a one-of-a-kind competition that tests 20 contestants in 15 action-packed, adrenaline-filled challenges. Presented by MAXIM, in partnership with the Jeep® Brand, Maximum Warrior just released its third webisode: The Maximum Warrior Obstacle Course Challenge. This challenge tested the strength, agility and endurance of the Maximum Warrior competitors. Challenge #3 was won by U.S. Air Force 48th Rescue Squadron Pararescue Luke D. with the fastest time of 7:24. Here’s what he had to say about winning:
“Not a huge life-changer. The prizes are awesome and you can’t argue with the title of “Maximum Warrior,” but it doesn’t change anything for me. I’m not getting out of the Air Force anytime soon.”
In challenge number three, each of the 10 Warriors, while carrying their weapons, had to traverse and negotiate a 600-meter course containing 20 different obstacles. The Warriors were challenged with completing the entire course in the quickest time possible. The Maximum Warrior competitors ascended a rope climb, hoisted themselves over cargo netting, crawled under Jeep Wrangler SUVs, climbed through windows, and had to cross a river using only a rope stretched from bank to bank.
