Snooki may have given up tanning for crafting and vodka for vitamins, but one thing she’s not giving up on just yet is the gym…well, at least as long as Jwoww’s around. Snooki, who is just 3 months away from her delivery date, tells Us Weekly that she’s having trouble finding motivation, so she’s turned to fellow “Jersey Shore” castmate and fitness junkie Jenni “JWoww” Farley for fitness tips and tricks.
“The motivation is key, and I’m lacking that right now, but I go on my Bowflex once a week,” Snooki says.
“At least you admit it, ” adds Jwoww, who dates body builder Roger Mathew and developed a pregnancy routine for the 24-year-old reality star. “I know a lot of pregnant girls and I made a pregnancy routine for Nicole at the gym so she can go with us — very light and easy,” JWoww explains.
JWoww says she has Snooki doing lots of cardio and leg and back exercises to strengthen and tone her body. “When her belly gets bigger, she needs to be able to support [the baby],” JWoww says. “And then [I suggest she do] pregnancy yoga.”
As for pregnancy cravings, Snooki says she’s lost all cravings for fried pickles and vodka (thank goodness!). These days, she fills up on pineapple, instead, but admits she’s looking forward to a glass of pinot grigio post-birth.
