It’s hard to believe Courtney Cox turned 48 years old this weekend; the actress and mother has a body most women would kill for! So, how does she do it? With some good genes and a whole lot of time in the gym!
She shared in Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop newsletter:
“My fitness philosophy is to be active in life and enjoy what I am doing. I have always loved exercise and feel that being active is important to maintain not only physical health, but mental health as well.”
According to Us Magazine, Cox is a big believer in Tracy Anderson workouts because they’re a “constant challenge.” They are also an hour-and-a-half long.
“As soon as I have mastered a certain exercise, they throw something else at me,” she says. “In my hour-and-a-half workout sessions, I have had a mental challenge and a physical challenge.” No matter what, she tries to incorporate regular cardio almost every day of the week, whether it’s a game of tennis or a Tracy Anderson workout.
But don’t forget, abs are made in the kitchen! Cox says she follows a low-carb diet, drinks coconut water, and avoids caffeine.
And that’s how you get a body that rivals 20-somethings at age 48!
