(PCM) Happy Surf and Turf Day! This holiday celebrates one of the most decadent (and expensive) dishes on many a menu: a combination of steak (turf) and seafood (surf – usually lobster or shrimp, but really, anything that swims will do).
Since Surf and Turf Day only comes around on leap day, February 29th, tonight would be a great time to splurge on dinner. You won’t get an excuse like this one for another four years!
