Put your workout clothes on as soon as you roll out of bed. Once they’re on, you’ll feel a lot more motivated and ready to go for a run or hit the gym than if they weren’t. If it’s on your body it’s on your mind, and you won’t be as tempted to procrastinate.

And while you’re at it, turn down the thermostat once you’re up. If the house is all warm and cozy, it’s a whole lot harder to leave. Plus, cooler temps force the body to expend more energy to maintain core body temperature.
