Want to lose five pounds in three days? Former model and RHONY’s Kelly Bensimon reveals the secrets to her bikini body and how to lose weight fast in her new book, I Can Make You Hot! The Supermodel Diet. She says the key to fast weight-loss is cutting out sugar, oil, alcohol, salt, caffeine and nuts, then making healthier eating choices.
She says, “It’s all about nurturing yourself and not starving yourself.”
The “KKB Supermodel Diet” also advises eating three big and nutritious meals a day, sticking to whole grains like brown rice, lean meats like chicken and fish, as well as fresh veggies.
Her other tips include using smaller portions, chewing food eight times instead of three of four and using mint gum as an appetite suppressor.
On top of her diet, Kelly recommends doing 20 minutes of exercise daily, getting 8 hours of sleep, taking a multi-vitamin and drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day! Sounds easy enough!
