Khloe Kardashian Loses 20 Pounds in 20 Days?

With summer just around the corner and weight-loss on everyone’s mind, it isn’t surprising that another Kardashian sister is on the cover of a magazine for some kind of diet or weight loss plan! But this time around, it really doesn’t seem healthy or attainable.

The latest Kardashian claim appears in Life&Style magazine, with Khloe on the cover in a bathing suit and a title that reads “How I Got Thin Fast.” In fact, the magazine claims she lost 20 pounds in 20 days! That’s not very healthy, especially for someone who wasn’t heavy in the first place!

“My husband is working out four to six hours a day right now, so I work out with him,” Khloe tells the magazine. “We’ll do outside workouts and inside workouts. We’re always switching it up, so it’s fun.”

Robbie Davis, who trains both Khloe and husband Lamar Odom, says she “eats mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, with small amounts of lean proteins like fish and chicken. She trains like an athlete when she’s with us, even doing weight training. We also run the canyons surrounding their house. Plus she does pilates and stair-running on her own,” he adds.

Hopefully, she’s being safe and healthy about it! Dropping too much weight too fast can really mess up your metabolism, and the weight loss usually doesn’t last. So if you’re looking to lose weight and tone up for summer, aim to lose about 2 pounds a week by cutting calorie and exercising. You have a much better chance of losing fat, not muscle, and keeping it off!
