The Kardashian’s may have gone a little too far this time! With the wedding just 3 days away, Kim and fiance Kris Humphries are going to have to scramble to scratch 50 people off their 500-person guest list! That’s an awkward phone call.
According to Life & Style: “The fire marshal got involved,” a friend of Kim’s reveals to Life & Style. “Once the fire department learned about all the TV equipment that’s going to be inside the space — the lights, the cameras and the production crew — Kim was told she had to cut the guest list by 50 people!” Now, the friend says, Kim is being forced to call friends and tell them they can’t come.
So who’s going to get axed? According to UsWeekly and RadarOnline, guests will include Justin Bieber,
Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, tennis champs Serena and Venus Williams, Nicole Richie, Ryan Seacrest, fellow E! star Kelly Osbourne, La La Vazquez and NBC’s Maria Menounos. They’ll probably all be safe – who wants to piss off the Williams sisters?!
Should the disinvited guests really be disappointed? You’d think she was marrying the president with all the guest requirements and guidelines: guests must wear either black or white – no exceptions, they must go through metal detectors upon arrival, and absolutely no cell phones are allowed in.
Nonetheless, it is the wedding of the summer, and should be quite an event. Kim and fiance Kris Humphries will reportedly exchange vows at the Sotto Il Monte estate in Montecito, California, and the bride-to-be will wear a Vera Wang wedding gown. According to CNN, a high-quality candid photograph of the bride in her wedding dress could sell for the same price as a 2012 Porsche Boxster!
But don’t worry disinvited guests! The wedding will air on E! in two parts on October 9th and 10th – 4 full hours.
