(PCM) Take our money now! McDonald’s Japan has announced that for a limited time they plan to offer a chocolate-covered version of their famous french fries. Beginning on January 26, McDonald’s customers in Japan can sink their teeth into the McChoco Potato which is an order of french fries drenched in chocolate sauce and white milk chocolate.
In a statement, McDonald’s says “The combination creates a wonderful salty and sweet harmonious taste.” McDonald’s Japan continues to introduce surprising and unique menu items that exceed customers’ expectations. This isn’t the first time McDonald’s Japan offered customers a different way to enjoy French fries. Previously, they offered Shaka Shaka Potato fries topped with cheese sauce or bacon.
There has been no word on whether or not the company has any plans to offer the McChoco Potato outside of Japan, but we can hope, right? Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!
