(PCM) Online retailer ASOS is receiving a fair amount of internet heckling after images of one of their Halloween accessories has now gone viral. The company is getting into the Halloween spirit and are currently selling a glow-in-the-dark “dripping blood” choker style necklaces. Sounds cute right?
Well, it seems there is a slight issue with the “dripping blood” style, as many feel the necklace design more closely resembles another type of bodily fluid. One you certainly would not want showcased on your neck, although we suppose it certainly could work as a statement piece.
Perhaps if they had somehow colored the necklace red instead of white the design could have worked, but currently it would take a brave soul to sport this one! We can only imagine that someone in the design department will not be having such a Happy Halloween for creating this gem! It is just something we will fail to ever unsee!
