This season, ABC’s newest Bachelorette, Emily Maynard, experienced a picture perfect proposal as the man of her dreams knelt on the cobblestone streets of Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa in Curaçao. Guests of the hotel can now recreate the experience and be the star of their own ‘only on TV’ style marriage proposal.
Sandton Kura Hulanda Hotel & Spa, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, hosted the final dates, rose ceremony and proposal on the last episode of this season’s The Bachelorette. Now, the luxurious Caribbean resort is offering viewers the chance to create a proposal experience just like Emily’s with its exclusive new “Proposal Package” inspired by the Bachelorette.
The “Proposal Package” inspired by the Bachelorette includes:
Deluxe suitefor five nights at Sandton Kura HulandaHotel & Spa (the same accommodations that Emily stayed during her time at the hotel)
Visit with herbalist Dinah Veeris at the botanical gardens to receive the Bachelorette love potion
Island tour
Romantic celebratory dinner for two in the Sculpture Garden (where one of the rose ceremonies took place)
Rose petal turn down service with chilled bottle of champagne
Additionally, those guests looking to pop the question and recreate the entire experience can opt for a “Proposal Add-On” to the package to mirror the romantic scene where Emily’s suitor gets down on one knee. The proposal includes a midnight set up in the cobblestone courtyard with live musicians, candles and roses…everything but the ring (and the camera crew) to recreate the Bachelorette’s proposal.
The five-night “Bachelorette Proposal” package is $1750 and is available to book from July 23 – November 21, 2012 for travel through December 23, 2012. Pricing for the “Proposal Add-On” is available upon request. To book, call 1.877.264.3106 or email [email protected].
